Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana, Cuba. Her family moved to Miami at 2 years old. Ana Polo Gonzalez was born and raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami at the age of two. Ana Maria Polo from Habana is the producer and host for Telemundo's "Caso Cerrado", one of the most well-loved Spanish-language programming on the network. It was nominated as one of the Daytime Entertainment Emmy for Daytime Entertainment Emmy Awards in 2015. The show was ranked as the highest in all key demos. Polo was born April 11 on 1959 in Havana, Cuba and went on to attend Florida International University, where she graduated with a diploma in politics and sciences. After obtaining her PhD from the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for more than 20 years. After earning her PhD from University of Miami in law and being a lawyer for 20 years, she returned to Miami city for 20 years. Polo made her debut appearance for the very first time in Telemundo Sala de Parejas in 2001. Other court shows also featured her expert legal advice. Literature and Awards In 1958, she published Los Hijos Muertos. This novel earned her the Critic's Prize, as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain in the year 1960. Polo speaks frequently and helps collect money for the LGBT rights. She has fought for LGBT rights all throughout her life. She graduated at the University of Miami School of Law in 1987. She is a member of the Florida Bar.
